Out of gauge shipment for Rolls Royce from Germany

Flexitrans’ reputation for transportation of out of gauge loads is highly reputed, and we have recently acquired a project of movements destined for Rolls Royce in the UK.

Here is an example of a CNC Lathe Machining Centre recently transported @ dimensions 6.5M Long x 3.5M Wide x 3.75M High – 25 tons

Flexitrans not only provided specialist equipment with transport permits to transport the cargo, but had to make a special permit application to the German Government to move the cargo internationally over the weekend. This was needed to ensure that the offloading and installation of the machinery at Rolls Royce was completed within a specific time slot.

All went well, and we are looking forward to transporting several more similar loads this year.
